We don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” behavioral care.

Getting Started

Assessment

In order to determine if our programs are a good fit for a person’s needs, we offer a free assessment with one of our qualified therapists. Assessments help us collaborate with you to determine the level of care, programs, and additional services and treatments that are right for you.

Learn More About the Assessment Process

Our trained assessment coordinators will collaborate with you to identify your treatment needs and options.

Providing Free Behavioral Health Assessments

Many of our patients are referred to us by general practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, or other behavioral health professionals. Sometimes, patients come to us themselves or at the recommendation of a family member. In order to determine if our programs are a good fit for a person’s needs, we offer a free assessment with a qualified therapist, which takes about an hour.

You can expect the following during your free assessment:

  • Trained assessment coordinators will ask you several questions and review information you have provided to them.
  • Following the assessment, a treatment option is recommended that best meets the emotional and physical needs of the client.
  • Clients can ask any questions and discuss any concerns they have with assessment coordinators.

What you need to bring to your assessment:

Please bring an Identification Card and Insurance Card to your assessment. A completed New Patient Packet is required before the assessment. Packets can be downloaded and printed HERE, or you can arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment to fill it out at our office.

Levels of Care

Patients progress from one level to the next, stepping up or down as needs evolve.

Learn More About Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

People often experience a gap in treatment when they need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization, which also incur expensive hospital charges. Our Partial Hospitalization program fills in this gap.

Our Partial Hospitalization program is designed specifically for patients navigating the transition between round-the-clock care and standard outpatient treatment. We offer personalized, comprehensive care six hours a day, five days a week, while also allowing you the comfort of sleeping in your own bed at night.

While your treatment plan will be personalized to your needs, you can certainly expect:

  • The stability and comfort of a regular and predictable schedule
  • Access to cutting-edge technologies and treatments
  • Integrated care between providers
  • A warm and welcoming environment
  • Familiar faces and friendly staff
  • Comfort of being able to stay in your home at night

Learn More About Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

People often experience a need to step up their treatment from traditional therapy to a slightly more intensive treatment or step down from Partial Hospitalization on their journey to health. Our Intensive Outpatient program is a mid-level comprehensive treatment plan, designed to fill this gap.

Our Intensive Outpatient program is three hours of intensive treatment per day for three to four days a week, potentially allowing you to work or attend school while seeking treatment. We offer personalized care during the day, with the comfort of sleeping in your own bed at night.

IOP patients learn helpful ideas about how to manage symptoms in both group and individual settings.

In this program, you can:

  • Live at home in familiar and comfortable surroundings
  • Attend work or school while getting focused help in an outpatient setting
  • Receive an intensive level of personalized care from a highly qualified behavioral health team
  • Receive consistent interaction to effectively manage medication adjustments
  • Receive attention more quickly than other traditional outpatient programs
